Will you tell me exactly what I can and can’t eat and will it be restrictive?We promote flexible dieting throughout the Project allowing you to drop body fat eating foods you enjoy. You’ll have access to meal plan templates, recipe packs and nutrition guides and shown by us how to create the a winning structure for you.

I’m extremely busy how many times do I need to go to the gym?You don’t HAVE to go to the gym to drop body fat but it does help. You’ll select the program that best suits your experience, time availability to train and whether you want to train at home or in the gym.

I’ve never done anything like this before do you need experience?No not at all the Project is designed for Women of every experience level so whether you’ve never lifted a weight before or you’re a veteran of the game we’ve got something for everyone.

I’m on holiday for during the Project does this matter?No not at all, You’ll still have a lot of weeks to drop fat and progress! Just take the time away from plan and check in’s and pick things back up when you return.

I have lots of social plans including alcohol over the 8 week Project, is it still worth doing?Absolutely, This is sustainable fat loss coaching project and as such you will be shown how to navigate social occasions without it coming at the complete expense of your progress.

What if I’m busy and can’t make the live calls?No problem, Although it’s beneficial to make the live calls to have any questions answered you may have it is not essential and all live calls are recorded which you can revisit at your own leisure.

What happens if I need to pause or cancel my coaching subscription? Are there any penalties or procedures I should be aware of?I understand life can get busy or circumstances may change. If you need to pause or cancel your subscription, simply inform me 30 days in advance. There are no hidden penalties!
